FAQs
Where do you get the information in your database?
We receive millions of interactions with our tools and tens of thousands of updates each year. Our largest source is user-provided information, but our database team also collects data from a variety of other public and/or non-confidential sources.
The entry says our company offers a workplace giving program (such as matching gifts, volunteer grants, or corporate sponsorships), but we no longer have one. How can we update this?
If your company no longer offers a workplace giving program, please email us at [email protected] with information about the program change. We require official documentation, such as internal communications or program guidelines, to verify and process the update. Our team will review your submission and update the database as appropriate.
How was my company added to the database?
Our database is comprised, primarily, by user-submitted information. To protect the personal information of users, we do not share the name or contact information of the individual(s) who submitted the information.
Our company has updated the guidelines for our workplace giving program (i.e. increased the maximum match amount, updated the match ratio, etc.). How can I get this updated in your database?
You can submit updates to your company’s workplace giving program information using this form. In your submission, please include your updated program guidelines or any official documentation that reflects the change. Our team will review your submission and update the database accordingly.
How can I get my company removed from the database?
We do not delete companies from our database as it serves as a record of companies that have a current matching gift program, have offered a matching gift program in the past, or offer various corporate philanthropy programs. We have a legal right to publish this information and the information is only used in a manner that is reasonably necessary to provide our service. We are happy to update any inaccurate information in our database.
Please email us at [email protected] with official documentation about your company’s current giving programs and any changes that you are requesting be made.

Impact Ventures, LLC (dba Double the Donation) (“DD”, “we” or “us”) provides a service, through the DD website, pursuant to generally accepted industry standards, by which charitable and nonprofit organizations can identify and help others take advantage of their employers’ donation matching programs (the “Service”). To provide the Service, it is necessary to identify third party employers, which may be done by use of their names, trademarks, and/or other branding (together, “Third Party Marks”).
